Security Classes
Security Auditing and Pen Testing
The Hive in conjunction with the local 2600 Group offer classes involving everything and anything security related. These classes are offered on a scheduled basis and suggestions are accepted. When a class has been confirmed it is posted on the Calendar of events. The first friday of the month 2600 also holds their meetings at the Hive13 Labs. Those meetings are public and do not require Hive13 membership.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse Engineering (RE) is becoming a large topic of conversation recently. These techniques can be used for malware analysis, security vulnerability research, and developing drivers for hardware. We go over techniques on how to bypass anti-debugging tricks and custom tool development. These classes occur when enough demand has been reached for them.
